There have been a lot of studies coming out about the coronavirus living on various surfaces, the length of time that it can survive, and how to stay safe. I came across an article from CNN that offers insightful information on everything related to the topic. You can read it HERE.

Here’s the key thing to know: the virus is pretty hardy and can hang in the air for a few hours in aerosolized form, and live on surfaces for up to 3 days, according to a study funded by the National Institutes of Health. This is why it’s important to wear a mask when you go outside where people might be nearby. You also need to disinfect any surfaces in your home that may have come in contact with an infected person – which could be the delivery man and anyone who touched the package before it arrived at your doorstep. Wipe down the surface with one of the cleaners listed HERE and wear a mask while you are doing it.

Pay attention to the new information emerging about this tricky virus. Sheltering in place is not enough: be careful about the air you breathe and the surfaces you touch.
